Lost or Stolen Packages
Pink Vault Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
